The Process

Depending on the package you choose, the process may differ slightly. However, I do all I can to make your planning process as simple as possible! I believe that elopements should be easy. You shouldn’t have added stress, especially while working with a planner. Here are the basics of planning a Smoky Mountain elopement with me:

1. Discovery Call

It all starts with a discovery call! You can message me to talk about your wedding day, but to really get the ball rolling we will want to hop on a call. This helps both of us to get a feel for each other to see if we would be a good match. In addition, you can get clarity on packages or any questions your have about eloping in Gatlinburg. Then, we will finalize your package, sign the contract, and pay your retainer. Now, let the planning begin!

2. Plan Your Ceremony

There is a lot that goes into planning a 20 minute ceremony. Which is why you have me! I will help you find your dream location, pick the best officiant, browse amazing vendors and begin the marriage license process. It may seem like a lot at first, but with my resources, local network, and years of experience, it will feel like a walk in the park!

3. Your Smoky Mountain Elopement

Let’s make some magic! Its the day of your elopement and everything has fallen into place. In addition to planning your location and vendors, I also will photograph your big day! I can’t wait to capture all of the details and emotions as your day unfolds. All you need to bring is your marriage license and wedding rings.

4. Gallery Delivery

You will receive a sneak peek into your elopement within 3 days. These images will be a variety of portraits, candid shots and meaningful moments. I like to get you sneak peeks fast so you can print or share on social media. Then you will receive your complete gallery in just 4 weeks!
